The Meeting of Unspoken Grudges
Andrew sat at the head of the long conference table, his sharp gaze scanning the room as his gang members glared at him. He knew exactly why they were upset, but their silent protests didn't faze him. Their arms were crossed, jaws clenched, but he remained unaffected, leaning back in his chair with an air of authority.
Jaxson was the first to break the silence. "Paris? Seriously?" He scoffed. "For two years, we missed the show, and now, suddenly, it's a priority?"
Rowan huffed, shaking his head. "We were this close to visiting Shayeli, and you—" He exhaled sharply, clicking his tongue in frustration.
James leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. "And we all know why you stayed behind," he muttered.
Andrew didn't respond. He simply stared at them, expression unreadable. The truth was, he had stayed back because seeing Shayeli, even from a distance, eased the tension that constantly weighed on him. But explaining that to them? Useless.
Emma sighed, exchanging a glance with Isabel and Olivia. "You all need to get over it. What's done is done."
But the silent rebellion still lingered in the air.
What Andrew didn't know was that his gang members had already made their own plans.
Since all the male members were attending a business meeting later, the girls decided—secretly—to meet Shayeli.
Luna glanced at Emma, Isabel, and Olivia, nodding subtly. They would slip out by 4 PM. Until then, they had to make sure to remain unnoticed.
Luckily, they were all CEOs of their respective companies. That meant they had plenty of work to keep them busy—and an easy excuse to slip away once they were done.
As the meeting wrapped up, the men still cast annoyed glances at Andrew, but he paid them no mind. He had made his decision, and they had made theirs.
And soon, Shayeli was about to get a surprise visit.

A Quiet Afternoon at the Café
It was 3 PM, and while there were still a few customers lingering around, the café wasn't as busy as it usually got in the mornings or late evenings. The soft chatter, the rhythmic clinking of cups, and the comforting aroma of coffee created a warm atmosphere.
Feeling a little hungry, I decided to take a short break. Stepping away from the counter, I walked toward my favourite spot by the large glass door. My café had an open, inviting structure. The entrance was framed by a tall black metal gate, adding a sense of security without compromising the welcoming feel. The main door itself was made entirely of glass, allowing natural light to flood inside, making the interior feel even cozier.
From here, I could clearly see the road outside. I loved this view. The café was positioned just right, allowing me to observe the city's rhythm—the passing taxis, the pedestrians lost in their own thoughts, and the occasional cyclist weaving through traffic. It felt peaceful, yet connected to the world outside.
The café always remained relatively quiet around this time. Between 3 PM and 5 PM, the rush faded, giving me and my staff a brief window to breathe before the evening crowd arrived.
For once, everything felt perfectly fine.
Nervous Wrecks Outside the Café
The four of them stood outside Shayeli's café, staring at the entrance like it was the gateway to another dimension.
Luna and Isabel had arrived on their bikes, helmets still in their hands, while Olivia and Emma stepped out of the car, fixing their outfits as if they were about to meet the President.
"I don't know why I'm nervous," Olivia muttered, adjusting her sunglasses unnecessarily.
"Oh, you should be," Isabel teased, smirking. "We're about to meet the girl who managed to catch his attention."
"Exactly!" Luna groaned. "It's Andrew! Our cold, emotionally unavailable, scary-as-hell Andrew! We should document this moment. This is historic."
Emma, the most composed of the group despite being pregnant, sighed. "Why are you all acting like we're meeting our future sister-in-law? We're just saying hi."
"Just saying hi?" Isabel scoffed. "Are you serious? We need to inspect her properly. We have to see what makes her special."
"We should've brought a checklist," Olivia added. "You know, personality, skills, whether she's secretly a trained assassin..."
Luna burst out laughing. "Yeah, imagine if she's actually dangerous, and Andrew is the one in trouble."
"Oh, my God, what if she's boring?" Isabel gasped dramatically. "What if we walk in there, and she's just...plain?"
Everyone fell silent for a second, genuinely horrified by the thought.
Emma rubbed her temples. "You guys are impossible."
Just then, Luna's helmet slipped from her hand and landed straight on Olivia's foot.
"OW! Are you trying to kill me before I even step inside?" Olivia yelped, hopping on one leg.
"Oops, my bad," Luna said, biting back laughter. "Maybe we should go inside before Olivia needs a hospital."
As they finally gathered their courage, Olivia took a deep breath. "Alright, let's do this. And no acting weird!"
The girls exchanged looks.
"...Okay, maybe just a little weird," Isabel grinned before pushing open the glass door.
Let the chaos begin.

Unleashing Hell in the Café
Just as the four girls were about to step inside, a disturbing sight made them freeze.
A man was gripping Shayeli's wrist tightly, his disgusting smirk making their blood boil. The café was nearly empty—exactly why this scumbag thought he could take advantage of the situation. Shayeli struggled to free herself, her eyes filled with frustration and discomfort.
The girls didn't need to exchange words. They moved as one.
Isabel stormed in first, her eyes burning with fury. Without hesitation, she yanked Shayeli back, stepping protectively in front of her. And then—SMACK!
A loud, sharp slap echoed through the café.
The man barely had a second to react before Olivia grabbed a fistful of his hair and yanked him backward. "Oh, you like touching women, huh?" she snarled, dragging him across the café.
She shoved him hard, making him stumble. He crashed straight into a table where a bowl of wheat was placed. The moment he hit it, the wheat exploded into the air, covering his entire face in a fine layer of dust.
Cough, cough! He spluttered, trying to wipe it off.
Luna and Emma stood back, watching with their arms crossed, as if enjoying a well-rehearsed play.
"Oh, he looks so pathetic right now," Luna smirked.
"Wait, he's missing one more thing," Emma added.
Isabel stepped forward, her rage far from over. With deadly precision, she lifted her knee—BAM!—right into his you-know-where.
The man let out an inhuman squeal and collapsed to the ground, clutching himself.
"Now that was satisfying," Olivia grinned.
Shayeli, standing behind them, watched the scene with wide eyes. A small smile tugged at her lips. She had never seen anyone fight for her like this.
The man, groaning in pain, scrambled to his feet and ran for his life.
Isabel dusted off her hands, turned to Shayeli, and said firmly, "No one—no one—has the right to touch you without your consent. Next time, don't wait for someone to help you. Destroy them yourself."
Shayeli blinked, still stunned by their fierce protectiveness. She quickly nodded, afraid to argue.
Luna patted her shoulder. "Good girl."
Olivia chuckled. "Alright, now that we've handled that trash, let's officially introduce ourselves."
Shayeli had no idea what she had just gotten herself into, but one thing was clear—she wasn't alone anymore.
